La leche asada, leche nevada, cheesecake, todo buenísimo, al ser más cremosa y tener un sabor más acentuado los postres tienen un toque especial...por eso cuando me contaron de los helados en base a leche de cabra...&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Hace un tiempo un amigo viajó a EEUU y me contó que hay una cadena que se llama La loo´s donde todos sus helado son en base a leche de cabra, como lo imaginé me contó que son riquísimos, más cremosos y livianos, además de ser una excelente alternativa para las personas que por algún motivo tienen problemas con la leche de  vaca.  hay una amplia variedad, tienen los sabores clásicos y otros más sofisticados. Parecida a la leche materna humana, es ligera y de fácil digestión: 180 ml se digieren en apenas 20 minutos, mientras que la misma cantidad de leche de vaca demora 3 horas. &lt;br /&gt;La leche de cabra aporta mayores cantidades de zinc y selenio, posee muchos antioxidantes (que ayudan a prevenir enfermedades neurodegenerativas), disminuye los niveles de colesterol y previene la anemia. Ambos son de la serie omega 6. Por otro lado, presenta un 30-35% de ácidos grasos de cadena media (C6-C14) MCT frente a la de vaca que sólo tiene un 15-20%. Estos ácidos grasos son una fuente rápida de energía y no son almacenados como tejido adiposo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt; Además, la grasa de la leche de cabra disminuye los niveles de colesterol total y mantiene unos niveles adecuados de triglicéridos y transaminasas (GOT y GPT).
